Virya Clock is a focus quality tracking application for iOS. It provides session timing, mindful pulses, distraction tracking, quality scoring, AI-powered insights, and personal focus analytics.

Virya Clock offers a paid subscription at $149/year with a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store.

All content, design, and code of Virya Clock are the intellectual property of Virya Clock Team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI Insights provides suggestions based on your focus data. These are informational only and should not be considered professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virya Clock Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
