Virya Clock ("the App") is developed and operated by Virya Clock Team. We value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Local Data

Your focus sessions, intent notes, reflections, and preferences are stored entirely on your device using SwiftData. We do not upload this data to any server.

AI Insights

When you use the AI Insights feature, anonymized focus statistics (such as duration and quality scores) are sent to the Google Gemini API to generate personalized suggestions. This data does not include your name, contact information, or intent text.

Subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information.

We use data only for the following purposes:

• —Generating AI-powered focus insights (requires internet)
• —Managing subscription status via Apple StoreKit

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties. The AI Insights feature involves sending anonymized data to the Google Gemini API, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time through the "Delete All Data" option in Settings. Uninstalling the App will also remove all local data.

This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
